Happy Easter!

Hope you all had a great Easter weekend! The weather in Iowa was fantastic for a change and we took advantage of it! On Saturday Jim got to go fly, we cleaned up one of the old cemeteries, and did some work around the place, knowing on Sunday we'd want to spend as much time as we could visiting with Jim's family.

As usual, Judy made a spectacular Easter dinner: baked ham with all the trimmings! MMMMM! We all get especially excited to see her made-from-scratch, mouth watering, melt in your mouth, rolls baking in the oven!

Everyone that has had one agrees... they are THE BEST ROLLS around! (Doesn't Judy look great!)

And here we all are saying "cheese" because this one is for Nick!! (Happy Easter, Nicko!... I had your roll!)

And after a super meal we all chatted around the table for a bit. And then,of course, there is the must have 'after dinner nap"... (note Jim's "Larry pose") :)

Judy always spoils us with an Easter Basket for everyone! Alyssa, Phil's daughter, decorated the cupcakes! (nicely done, Alyssa!!)

Thanks, again, Judy, for the scrumptious Easter dinner, left overs and Easter baskets! You're the BEST!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!

********************* CONGRATULATIONS PHILIP!! **********************

We missed seeing Philip and the kids who came for an early Easter visit. They had to head back early as the kids had special parts in the church bell choir. -Quite talented they are! (missed seeing you!) BIG CONGRATS to Phil and his new position as Dean of Students at Columbus High in Nebraska. He'll now be 2 hours closer to Judy and Larry's and it's a great promotion for him. Way to go Phil!!!

Ok...I gotta admit I was about to give you kudos for using your oven...hardy har har until I saw that it was JUDY'S oven...and her YUMMY rolls!

Then I was going to say "Wow, she looks really good!" Then you commented on that later in the post too...ha ha!

Thanks for the pics! Makes me miss the big crazy Turner gatherings! It was a hard day away from Nick and family today. Always a bit emotional!

Miss you all tons!
