Our niece, Jill (McDonald) Kershitz and her husband, Frank, welcomed their first baby into the world on October 29th. Jill was induced for failure to progress. We later learned the cord was wrapped around her neck... Thankfully, Mother, baby and Daddy are all doing fine!!
Here she is, little Kallie Elizabeth Kershitz! ...via emergency C-section due to failure to progress and what they call late decelerations in her heart rate, most likely b/c the cord was around her neck. A successful outcome thank goodness. Baby is 7 lb 3.5 oz beautiful baby girl who is 20 inches long.

Here's a scrapbook I made of her first baby pictures. Larry and Judy flew right down to Florida to see their first great grand baby! How exciting for everybody!! :)
