Turner Bean Harvest Oct 08

After 10 years baling hay, this year it was time to rotate crops in the field in front of our house. We decided to put it into soy beans. Steve Cochran planted the field and when it came time to harvest it, we hired Steve again to do the harvest. I rode along and took some great shots of the our good friend Steve, AKA, "Farmer Extraordinaire", combining the crop.

Unloading the combine into the truck. Not a bad yield, according to Steve... even with ALL the deer we had eating out there all summer!!

Jim hauling the beans to market.

Here's a short movie I made of the harvest- Hope you like it Steve!!
