The day after Thankgiving is our traditional day to get our Christmas Tree and decorate. It's usually too much to get one in one day, but we give it our best shot! 
It was unusually warm today, so the dogs sat out and watched us too!
Here's Jim cutting down our live Christmas tree. We never had a live one growing up and we don't think you can beat the smell of a live tree inside the house at this time of year! 
Here's the tree with just the lights on it.. we decided to decorate it another day!
Here Jim is putting up Christmas lights on the outside of the house. We got new LED lights last year after Christmas on clearance... couldn't wait to see how they looked! Pretty, huh?!
